If I’ve proposed coming to see you, then you might have questions I didn’t address on the home page. I’ll start by listing a few FAQs. Then as people ask me questions, I’ll post the answers on this page so everyone else can benefit. Here goes:
Will you post my letter on the site before I have a chance to read it?
No. You will have a chance to read and suggest edits to your letter before I post it. And I will not post your letter without your permission. I will respect your request to keep it private if that’s what you decide. That said, I hope you will allow me to publish it.
Who will read my letter?
First let me say that I’m not trying to build an audience. I don’t anticipate many strangers will find their way to the web site. I believe most visitors will be my own family and friends, some of whom you will likely know.
There’s no telling what will happen to this site, or what it might evolve into after the six months. Since it’s a public “place” I can’t guarantee that any particular person will or will not read it. One precaution I’m taking is to not use people’s last names.
